How does one become a member?
Membership is by application, most often on a member's recommendation. After a first, human reply within 48 hours, a discovery conversation helps us understand your expectations and confirm we can serve you at the level you deserve. The number of members is deliberately limited.
Why is the number of members limited?
Because one interlocutor cannot anticipate and orchestrate the lives of too many families at once. By serving few, we serve better: genuine availability, a fine memory of your preferences, and a care that scale would erode.
When can I call on the House?
At any hour, wherever you are in the world. Your dedicated interlocutor — and, in relay, the House — watches over your time, including nights and holidays. An unexpected turn on the other side of the world finds an immediate answer.
Do I have a single point of contact?
Yes. One face, one voice, who knows your file and orchestrates everything end to end — rather than a dozen providers to coordinate yourself. In their absence, an informed partner steps in without you having to repeat a thing.
What can you actually obtain?
Bespoke travel and stays, impossible tables, private aviation and yachts, closed events and access by introduction, art of living and household management. When a thing is possible, we make it simple; when it is not, we say so plainly rather than promise.
Do you also source collection pieces?
Yes. so-luxe acts as your private buyer: we source and negotiate, in full discretion and on your behalf, rare pieces — art, watches, high jewellery, great bottles, motor cars — from the great houses, galleries and auctions. Your name never appears; only the piece reaches you.
Is my information kept confidential?
Discretion is our reason for being. Your requests, your habits and your identity never leave the circle of your dedicated interlocutor. We never expose our members and never act in your name without your agreement.
How do you remember my preferences?
In a confidential carnet kept by your interlocutor: your tastes, your constraints, your key dates, your travel and dining habits. You never repeat yourself; over time, the service anticipates the need before you even express it.
Do you operate worldwide?
Yes. The House operates internationally, with the same standard of exigence from one city to the next and a network of addresses and contacts built over years of trust.
Is there a fee?
Membership is met in person; its terms are discussed during the conversation, never online. They depend on the breadth of support you wish for.
Does so-luxe earn commissions?
so-luxe may be remunerated by some of the houses it recommends. This never alters our advice: we recommend only what we vouch for, and the member's interest always comes first.
