Framework of the relationship
Terms of service
These terms set out the nature of our services, so-luxe's precise role, and the mutual commitments of the member and the house. They complement the legal notice and privacy policy.

1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the relationship between [legal name] ("so-luxe", "the house") and any person admitted as a member ("the member"). They apply to all private concierge services provided by so-luxe.
Admission and use of the service constitute full acceptance of these terms. Any particular condition agreed in writing with a member prevails over these terms.
2. Definitions
Member: the individual admitted, by application and recommendation, to benefit from the service.
Concierge / referent: the dedicated contact, employee or independent contractor mandated by so-luxe, who orchestrates the member's requests.
Provider / partner: any third party (house, hotel, restaurant, carrier, artisan, brand, platform) with whom so-luxe books, recommends or connects.
Service: any request handled by so-luxe, from a recommendation to the full orchestration of a stay or an event.
3. Nature of the service — concierge and intermediation
so-luxe is a private concierge house. Its role is to advise, recommend, book, orchestrate and grant access — for the exclusive benefit of its members.
so-luxe acts as an INTERMEDIARY between the member and third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, so-luxe does not itself provide the final services (accommodation, air or sea transport, dining, experiences, acquisitions): these are performed by the providers, under their own responsibility and their own conditions.
so-luxe undertakes a duty of means: it mobilises its network, care and diligence to serve the member as well as possible, without being able to guarantee the act of a third party.
4. Admission and access
Membership is by application and recommendation, after a personal conversation. so-luxe serves a deliberately limited number of members and reserves the discretionary right to accept or decline an application, without having to give reasons.
There is no public price: the financial conditions of membership and services are communicated individually. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
5. so-luxe's services
so-luxe provides the member with a single, dedicated point of contact, reachable on their preferred channel, who orchestrates their requests end to end.
Areas covered include: travel and stays, art of living and acquisitions (art, watches, wines, cars), table and gastronomy, events and access, private salons. so-luxe selects addresses, anticipates needs, keeps a confidential record of preferences, and ensures the smooth delivery of each service.
so-luxe may, at its discretion, decline a request contrary to the law, to the house's ethics, or to the safety of persons.
6. so-luxe's commitments
Diligence and care: so-luxe undertakes to handle each request with rigour, responsiveness and discretion, and to select its providers on standards and reliability.
Confidentiality: the member's information, habits and data are never shared or sold; they are disclosed to a provider only to the strict extent necessary to fulfil a request.
Transparency: so-luxe informs the member of the nature of services, their conditions, and any partner links (see article 9).
7. The member's commitments
The member undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date information, to use the service strictly personally and in good faith, and to respect providers, their staff and their conditions (cancellation, deposit, conduct).
The member pays the sums due, to so-luxe or directly to providers as applicable, within the agreed timeframes. The member preserves the confidentiality of addresses and information shared, and promptly reports any incident or dissatisfaction so that so-luxe can intervene.
The member remains responsible for their own legal, tax, customs and insurance obligations relating to the services they benefit from.
8. Prices, quotes and billing
No price is public. Each significant service is subject to a prior estimate or quote. Some services are billed by so-luxe; others are paid directly to the provider, so-luxe then acting as a mere intermediary.
Terms, deadlines and any service fees are specified case by case. Sums paid to providers remain subject to the latter's own conditions.
9. Partnerships, brands and platforms
so-luxe maintains privileged relationships with houses, brands and booking or affiliate platforms. These relationships enrich the access offered to members (availability, attentions, privileged conditions).
Some recommendations or bookings may give rise to a referral or affiliate commission paid by the partner to so-luxe. This remuneration has NO impact on the price paid by the member and never alters the objectivity of the selection: so-luxe only lists addresses it would recommend in any event.
so-luxe refrains from any affiliation contrary to the house's ethics, and in particular any online gambling affiliation. The technical tracking associated with these links is described in the cookie policy.
10. Liability
Acting as an intermediary and bound by a duty of means, so-luxe cannot be held liable for the failure, delay, cancellation or poor performance attributable to a third-party provider, nor for indirect or intangible damage (loss of enjoyment, loss of profit).
In any event, and barring gross negligence or wilful misconduct, so-luxe's liability is capped at the amount actually received by so-luxe for the service giving rise to the dispute.
The member is solely responsible for taking out appropriate insurance (travel, cancellation, civil liability, valuables).
11. Confidentiality and personal data
Discretion is inherent to the service: so-luxe and the member commit to mutual confidentiality regarding their exchanges and the relationship.
The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Force majeure
Neither party can be held liable for a breach resulting from force majeure or events beyond its control (disaster, conflict, authority decision, network failure, health restriction).
13. Intellectual property
The so-luxe brand, its identity, content and selections are protected. No reproduction or exploitation is permitted without prior written agreement.
14. Term, suspension and termination
Membership runs according to the agreed terms. Either party may end it under the conditions communicated upon admission.
so-luxe may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach by the member (false information, non-payment, conduct harming a provider or the house), without prejudice to sums due.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution; a consumer member may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts [of so-luxe's registered office].
